In 2017, Charlie P’s became the permanent home of the pop-up restaurant “It’s all about the Meat Baby“. Our specialty is beef burgers and all our food is homemade in our kitchen.
For 20 years we have done our very best to provide our customers with an authentic pub and dining experience. We are a team of passionate food, beer and wine lovers. At Charlie P's, customer focus is at the centre of our philosophy. We have put together, with much love and attention, a wide assortment of local and international beers including over 30 beers on tap. In addition we brew our own beers under our 'Me and Uwe' gypsy brewery and homemade organic cider.
In 2017, Charlie P’s became the permanent home of the hugely popular pop-up restaurant “It’s all about the Meat Baby“. Our specialty is beef burgers and the meat is imported directly by us from the famous Irish butchers F.X. Buckleys. Our 28-day dry aged beef comes from Dexter and Hereford cattle that are pasture fed on small farms in Ireland. We also serve Vegetarian alternatives. All our food is homemade in our kitchen. We freshly bake our brioche buns, smoke our cheddar cheese, make our own sausages and our beef burgers are freshly ground every day. We do all this because we believe you can taste the difference.
